Shahrzad specializes in contract law, real estate law, corporate commercial law, and estate planning and probate law. Her primary practice areas include contract drafting, real estate conveyancing, secured lending, and commercial leasing. She provides estate planning and probate services, including providing advice and document preparation. She also serves clients in general corporate and business law, including incorporations and mergers and acquisitions. Shahrzad prioritizes her clients and is committed to delivering exceptional legal services while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Shahrzad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with specialization in economics from the University of British Columbia – Okanagan. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Thompson Rivers University (TRU), and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022.
During law school, she participated in the TRU Community Legal Clinic and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. She also contributed to organizations such as the John Howard Society of the Thompson Region and A Way Home. Additionally, she served as an administrator for the TRU Oral Advocacy Club.
Outside the office, Shahrzad enjoys a diverse range of activities, from watching opera performances to engaging in outdoor pursuits like hiking and snowshoeing with her husband.
